Hey there beautiful people! My name is Keri and I'm 24… Welcome to my journey to being healthy and happy! I started this blog in February 2011. This is a 100% positive blog that I use to keep myself motivated, keep track of my exercise and daily caloric intakes, and to log my progress. I am not an expert on weight loss or healthy eating, but I would be glad to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability! I use myfitnesspal to track my food and exercise, but my intakes are not completely accurate. I try to eat around 1,200 a day.. some days are better than others lol. I strongly believe in still being able to enjoy the food I love, but in moderation. Cutting food out of your diet only makes you want it more. Lastly, I’m not perfect.. but what’s perfect anyway? =)
