Hey there beautiful people! My name is Keri and I'm 25… Welcome to my journey to being healthy and happy! I started this blog in February 2011. This is a 100% positive blog that I use to keep myself motivated, keep track of my exercise and daily caloric intakes, and to log my progress. I am not an expert on weight loss or healthy eating, but I would be glad to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability! I use myfitnesspal to track my food and exercise, but my intakes are not completely accurate. I try to eat around 1,200 a day.. some days are better than others lol. I strongly believe in still being able to enjoy the food I love, but in moderation. Cutting food out of your diet only makes you want it more. Lastly, I’m not perfect.. but what’s perfect anyway? =)
Daily Caloric Intake Goal: 1,200 calories (NOTE: My intakes are estimates & are usually higher than they appear.. I just use this to give me an idea and help keep me on track. I do not obsess over counting calories, so don't take the number too seriously, please!)

- Final Goal: 130 - [any ideas? new camera maybe?]
- OK so I know 130 was my final goal, but I may try to get down to 125.. I'll see how I feel!

How often do you workout?
not often enough.. sadly, I fell out of my routine. I’m trying to get back into working out at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Ideally, I’d like to get up to 5 times a week.
