How many meals a day do you usually eat? with how many calories?

It depends on the day.. but during the week, I eat breakfast at 6:15 (about 120-150 cals), lunch at 10:50 (about 300-350 cals), snack at about 3:00 (100-200 cals), dinner somewhere between 6-7:30 (that is anywhere between 400-800 cals depending on what it is or if I go out to eat).  If I have leftover calories at the end of the night, I’ll sometimes have an after dinner snack if it’s not too late.
