I just found you via Pinterest. You're the same height and weight as me! I've been exercising regularly for the last several months and I haven't lost any weight, just gained muscle. I usually fluctuate between 130-135 lbs but I have a really cheapy scale. I'm trying to tone up my midsection... any suggestions?

Really?!  I didn’t realize I was on pinterest lol I’ve never seen any of my posts on there!  Would you mind sending me the link? lol

That’s great that you’re gaining muscle.. because the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body burns!  You’ll start to see the weight come off soon.  The number on the scale isn’t quite accurate either because if you’re gaining muscle, the number could go up, even if you’re still losing weight.  Don’t get discouraged!

I’d just do a lottttt of crunches.  Planks are also amazing to strengthen your core!  Check out my exercises link for more ideas :)
