I am a petite girl. 5'2, 110 lbs. however, i have insane love handles. like really. so 1) i want all these girls to understand that you can have love handles no matter what you weigh. it's all about your body type. and 2) how the hell do i get rid of them before spring break?! is there any way to do it by diet alone or no?..

Lol preach it girl!  Unfortunately you can’t lose weight in specific areas, it has to be an all over kind of thing.  Anyway.. diet is probably your best option, but don’t go crazy if you’re only trying to lose a little bit of weight.  Toning up your obliques wouldn’t be a bad idea either, though.. but doing cardio will help you lose the weight.  Good luck!
