Hey, I just came across your blog, and great work! I was just wondering how to expect calories are burned when you work out? And then those are just deducted from the calories from the food you ate? I've been thinking that I need to loose a bit of weight and have started exercising, but I never paid attention to my caloric intake before.

Thanks! I use myfitnesspal to calculate my calories consumed and calories burned.  It’s not 100% accurate, but I use it to give me a rough idea.
