Hey I am the same height and starting weight as you were in the beginning. I have recently been going to the gym and am looking for tips, maybe ideas of what cardio you did and anything else helpful! Great job =)

I like to do the elliptical at the gym.. and when I work out at home, I ride my ancient exercise bike lol.  I really hate running, but when it’s nice out I’ll go for the occasional run.. or even better, rollerblading!  Just don’t give up.. trust me, you’ll thank yourself later!
