thank you!! I still feel like I need to lose more ‘over the knee fat’ lol.  I ride the exercise bike a lot when I work out, and that helps tone my legs up.  They’re a little less toned now just because it’s winter, and they’ve been covered.. so I’ve been less motivated, I guess because I’m not looking at them all the time haha.. but I’m getting back into it. :)
