Breakfast: cheerios with skim milk

Lunch: peanut butter on a sandwich thin, veggie straws

Dinner: Scallops and eggplant with tomato sauce, garlic bread, a cup of mac and cheese

Snack: Chocolate covered marshmallow heart, dove chocolate, shortbread cookies

Total calories from food: 1,736
Exercise: 10 mins calisthenics
Calories burned: 27
Net calories: 1,699

Man, my aunt spoiled me today with the food.  ”Here Keri, have some leftover velveeta before dinner!”  .. sure Aunt Jane!  Little did I know a cup of mac and cheese is 360 calories!  I wasn’t thinking lol.  I really should have worked out more, but I got home so late and now I have to get ready for bed!  (Excuses, excuses lol).
