I think your goals are reasonable and healthy ones, unlike many of the so called "fitness" or health blogs. It makes me sad to see girls trying to getting down to 100lbs! Which seems absolutely ridiculous! I can personally relate, I'm 5'2"...

I gave up cookies and cake for lent
These are the things that people most often bring into work and leave in the planning center for everyone… and I don’t know about you, but I can’t resist free dessert lol. I figured this way, I’m not allowedddd to eat it.. instead of just “aw I really shouldn’t, but maybe just oneee” haha

Feeling kind of down today
I feel like I’ve been going going going non stop since my boyfriend and I broke up. Today is the first day that I’ve just been laying around.. and I’m feeling anxious and a little bummed.
